Why?

Why is it that when I eat out that I get nauseous?

I am clueless because if it because of the Asian food or because of smoking. Or is it because of my husband cigar smell. It isn’t the first time I have done this.

Or is it because of gastroparasis and the cottage cheese combo. Which could be the downside of that. Sigh. 😔 Time to start tracking this down again.

Happy Beltane

It’s May 1st and marks first day of spring. I have been thinking and wrestling about what to post. There is 3 things I want to talk about. 1. The weather 2. Walking and 3. Life.

The weather

The weather has been typical spring weather. What are you talking about Willis’. In the USA we have been experiencing tornadoes, rain, and hail. But we get that every year.

I do have to admit that last year was pretty quiet compared to this year. There has more tornadoes and very intense. Oklahoma, Texas, Iowa, Illinois, and Kansas to name a few that have been hit several times.

I have not done my research yet but I’m thinking Minnesota might be coming out of a drought. Yeah! It’s been raining here every other day.

Walking

I’m pleased to say that my walking has improved. I am excited for that. Leg strength is still questionable but still going in the right direction.

I’m planning to writing about my walking experience this month. More of daily or every couple days! Which I cannot lie that it is actually getting me pretty excited for.

Life

Has been one adventure you could say. With work to friends and family things on. Some of which I don’t want to share right now. Hopefully I will be able to in the next couple months or so.

I’m going to try my hardest to write with more content and lengthy pieces here on the blog. Hopefully I will get in more of practice to do more so it doesn’t feel like a challenge to do!

Word Poem

Environment

Each and every day

Never miss a beat

Vacation or not

Instant gratification?

Remember we are in this together

Oh the fresh air

Never stops us

May we show some love to earth and others

Every day think of what you can do

Nothing to small to help

Today, tomorrow and forever
